  1. I have no problem with you moving the posting date for Cape Crisis.

And, for the record, Panthers and Leopards ARE the same animal. An African Black Panther is just a Leopard with excess black pigment in it’s fur.

  2. As long as you try to stick with the Friday date I’ll be fine. Don’t be like Vidjagame Apocalypse and start releasing shows on a Wednesday and slowly keep pushing it back until it doesn’t release until Saturday (no offence Mikel I know editing is hard).

  3. I wouldn’t mind a Friday posting. Whatever works for you guys honestly I know between streaming, recording and editing time can be tight.

  4. Friday posting is fine, I get that the news and trailer releases can be frustrating and it’d be nice to hear you guys discuss it soon after it happened. Plus, maybe you guys will get to read more of that week’s books this way.

On another note, I was on the fence about Black Panther (because of that $4.99 price point, like Brett was talking about), but after hearing the discussion about BP and the book itself (as well as some other reviews), I’m definitely going to give it a shot.

  5. After this episode went up DC announced like, 7 new comics. It might be a good idea to push the day back, although I will miss having Cape Crisis to listen to on my way to work every Thursday.

  6. I just wanna point out how the general consensus of the internet on those Doctor Strange set photos seems to be “That looks stupid and ridiculous…I love it!” Marvel learned this lesson a long time ago, and I wish Warner Bros. would let DC characters be their wonderful, colorful selves. I want happy, red underwear-wearing Superman, damnit!

  7. I kind of like the running gag that Cape Crisis keep missing important comic book related news due to the recording timing. but, Friday would be okay too.

  8. Ask Hank: I’m sure you’ve answered this before during this podcast, but can you reccomend some good X-Men books? I’ve always loved the movies and cartoons, but for some reason have never read any of the comics..

  9. QotW:

Sorry Hank, I’ve never found Superman even remotely interesting…..

Love Batman. Couldn’t care less about Supes.
