  1. Guys it’s called hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry, and hermonine was always referenced as the smartest witch of her age

  2. I think the Hex Girls from Scooby Doo and the Witches Ghost are a good canidate. (The first seuqal after the Zombue Island reboot film) They arent explictly called Wiccan, but they are Eco-Goths. Deiftnely did some magic *awakening* to me as a 12 year old, and I’m sure I’m not alone. https://youtu.be/1P_BlUY2eF4

  3. I’m surprised you can’t find generic halloween decorations. our halloween popup store and walmart etc. got some of the most generic shit

  4. Speaking of “Hocus Pocus”, I saw that it’s coming back to theatres the week of Halloween for $5 bucks this year. Must be the ABC Family/FreeForm 31 Days of Halloween movie block over the years that’s re-invigorated the interest in “Hocus Pocus”.

  5. Just wanted to point out that it’s called hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. And characters in the book have called hermonine the smartest “witch” of her age

  6. The Witches I find overrated as shit. That movie’s tone is confused. Couldn’t decide between being scary or being a live action cartoon. I know Robert Zemeckis is making the new remake so, eh? Could be good? Don’t care. Same deal with Hocus Pocus. Never liked that either. But I do like Kiki’s Delivery Service and Practical Magic. But most witch movies I like happen to be Horror movies like The Witch and The Craft. Hell, I like the Elvira movie too. Suspiria too and the remake looks awesome so, hell yeah. I just prefer witch movies that have a genuine darker edge. Though I do also like the Witches of Eastwick as well so cut me some slack. Though if you want to see non white witches, there is the upcoming Charmed reboot.

  7. I can understand skipping over Teen Witch, but no mention of Willow from Buffy the Vampire Slayer? She’s a great character and once Tara shows up she kinda becomes amazing. Also I know she’s not as well known, but Rowena from Supernatural is pretty badass.

  8. I’m absolutely amazed that Suspiria wasn’t given a mention, it’s considered a landmark horror title and even garners respect in snobby film buff circles. Has anyone at the Lasertime crew seen it?

  9. First off I just want to say Good luck Chris dealing with the storm.

But sorry more bad news. Chris I think your gamer card may be at risk… A whole witch episode and no mention of Head Witch In Charge, Bayonetta?
I was so flabbergasted I actually did a Frasier, Oh dear God’.
