I promise I have good taste, but when this shit comes on the radio, I gotta blast it because ughhhh idk it’s super hype. I knew it as “that song from Aggressive Inline” for the longest time and i finally Shazam’d it last year and I was so disappointed in myself when i saw who it was
Also, I don’t like reggae at all and much less reggae-rock and MUCH less rock from the mid-late 90s buuuut well there are like 2 and a half 311 songs i can jam out to (Down being the other, I guess?).
that said, the rest of the songs from both bands are unlistenably bad to meMay 7, 2014 at 7:35 am in reply to: Cape Crisis #90 Question: Whats the most random DC film you want to see made? #51877
SUICIDE FUCKING SQUAD
Fuck, I used to love Sum 41 circa 2004. I was super into like MTV2’s rock countdowns in the morning (I was like one of the few [if not the only] kids who liked any rock in my class) so i really dug any kind of alternative rock. I remember thinking their song Pieces was pretty melancholic and sad even though i didn’t like know what it meant or anything. We’re All To Blame was probably the heaviest stuff I liked at that point (I was 9). I know probably every word to that dumb song and i’m not sure if i actually like it, but I still actually really like Fat Lip and a few others
I think it’s a safe option, and it was even in that clip in the intro, but I’ve realized that i really like this stupid catchy song. I listen to it like every day at this point.
IT’S JUST SO CATCHY
Also because i played the shit out of Sonic Adventure 2 Battle back in the day
If I were a pretty boy heel or something
Or, for something more badass, Gallows – In the Belly of a Shark
I’d think that the majority of their listeners are GR carryovers who are already invested in their lives. And if not, i’m sure they’ll live.
Anyway, the notion that one has to be educated to speak on sexism (despite having first-hand experience) is ridiculous.November 17, 2012 at 1:20 pm in reply to: Cape Crisis #33 Question: Is the first issue enough to hook you? #45947
It depends on the quality of the issue. Hawkeye is a great recent example, amazing first issue.
If it doesn’t, i might wait for the trade if i hear good things or if i’m trying to save money at the time. Or i might get another issue or 2 if i’m on the edge.
Luke Gallows is good, let’s be clear. I like Tensai too but I hear he was great in Japan.
Pretty funny episode. Considering that their twitters were a point of conversation, it’s surprising how enjoyable it was. Kinda zoned out during the end bits with the names, though. But goddamn chinspired’s Bane impression is great.August 17, 2012 at 7:57 pm in reply to: Cape Crisis Question #23: Whats comic do you wish youve read by now? #44497
I’ve heard that Secret Invasion is even worse than Fear Itself.
The Walking Dead, kinda
Deadpool by Joe Kelly, Cable and Deadpool
They really missed a good opportunity here
I’m in for some of it
I think CBR gave the first issue a 1/5
On Pixelator, you can actually make paragraphs, preview posts, easily upload avatars, quote posts, and even play some games.
You know, like most good, functioning forums. Not to say I don’t like LT but come on.
goddamn so many books
