Comment Commentary
This was the first comic to feature the out of context opening and close up on the mug of ale. It was also during the creation of this comic that I realized the barkeep looked similar to our good friend Mr. Mikel Reparaz! Hopefully he doesn’t mind being the straight man to Kuros’ insanity.
There’s also a construction difference in the background between this one and the first issue. Starting in this issue, there’s an angled beam coming down in the top right corner that wasn’t there in the first issue. Additionally, the word balloons are a bit tighter in this comic than they were in the previous one.
Well, now I have to start wearing a suit of armor when I go out, just so I can use that line.
