1 – DOLPH ZIGGLER, CESARO & NEVILLE VS. RUSEV, SHEAMUS & KING BARRETT (KICKOFF MATCH)
This match happened this week on Raw, but I already forgot it, despite the fact that I like/love most of the people in this match. Knowing WWE’s love of 50/50 booking, the team that didn’t win on Raw will win here.
2- INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION KEVIN OWENS VS. RYBACK
Speaking of 50/50 booking, that better not happen in this match! Ryback was a garbage IC Champ and Owens is the future. Owens can’t lose it back to The Ryback in the first defense. Kevin needs to win, and in a relatively meaningful manner, even if there’s some level of cheating involved.
3- WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS THE NEW DAY VS. THE DUDLEY BOYZ
It feels about time that The Dudleys get their big 10 title reign, but I love The New Day so much and would hate to see them lose their titles. Perhaps more trickery, OR Big E wins because he’s a god damn monster man?
4- DIVAS CHAMPION CHARLOTTE VS. NIKKI BELLA
No more Bellas please? After this, with a Charlotte victory, just let her and Brie take some time off and let the new blood have all the Divas spotlight for a little while, ok? I just hope this is another strong victory for Charlotte, and that she is quickly placed in a feud with Sasha Banks. The Boss needs to be in Raw’s spotlight now.
5- UNITED STATES CHAMPION JOHN CENA VS. OPEN CHALLENGE OPPONENT
Spoilers from the internet, but Cena is reportedly taking a number of weeks off very soon, so it’s quite possible he’ll lose the US title tonight. To who is the question. My dream is that Daniel Bryan, Sami Zayn, or another of my injured favorites make a surprise return to take the belt. My other dream is Cesaro takes it like he deserves, or even Prince Pretty aka Tyler Breeze even does it. Whoever gets it, I just hope it’s someone new that could use the boost of taking the belt off Cena.
6- ROMAN REIGNS VS. BRAY WYATT (HELL IN A CELL MATCH)
This has been a warmly enjoyable few months, but I think we’ve reached the end. This has kept both busy, but soon it’ll be time for Roman to get back in the title picture. And Bray Wyatt usually comes out the loser in these kinds of extended feuds. Roman prevails in a big way, Wyatt slinks off to bother someone else, and the Wyatt family sticks together despite losing another big match.
7- WWE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION SETH ROLLINS VS. DEMON KANE
Has this only been a month? It feels like a decade. As funny as Kane’s dual personalities might be, Kane is past his time to hold any major gold. He definitely won’t be the guy to finally unseat Seth after he’s held onto it since WrestleMania. Rollins will win but, unfortunately, that won’t be the end of the feud.
8- THE UNDERTAKER VS. BROCK LESNAR (HELL IN A CELL MATCH)
This is the end, my only friend… I believe them when they say this is the final Brock/Taker match, and I think this could be Taker’s second to last match ever. Brock can’t lose twice in a row to Undie, so The Beast will weather a war in the cage to come out on top, barely, over Taker. I also expect that after the match, we’ll get a clue of who Undertaker will face at WrestleMania 32.
Up next… “>Brett’s picks!
