With the cards for the biggest wrestling week of the year all but set, we offer up predictions for WrestleMania 32 and NXT Takeover Dallas before moving onto Lucha Underground’s epic Aztec Warfare match and thoughts on recent NXT/WWE developments.
QUESTION OF THE WEEK: If you could make one addition, subtraction, or substition with any WrestleMania or Takeover match, what would that change be, and why?

I would add Bayley to the 10 person Women’s Tag Match. It’s an obvious one since there is no one else in the face side of the women’s roster who could be the fifth person plus there is a feud between her and Emma in NXT. Wrestlemania would be the perfect time to introduce her to the main roster.
QOTW: Subtract Sin Cara from the IC ladder match, I got nothing against Cara but the less bodies in these annual ladder matches the more time everyone else gets and the less of a forgettable spotfest it becomes, (Seriously why does Kalisto Ryback get an actual one on one match!?!)
Remove Ryback from the US title match against Kalisto. Why the hell is this match happening at Mania? Who wants to this stupid match none the less on WRESTLEMANIA? Get outta here! I would turn this into the Ladder match instead of the IC title. Kalisto vs Chris Jericho vs Tyler Breeze vs Zack Ryder vs Miz vs Dolph Ziggler vs Stardust.
I would actually let Chris Jericho win this match once Sin Cara interferes and turns on Kalisto. Let Y2J win something at Mania for once.
QOTW: I would replace Mania with TakeOver and call it Wrestlemania TakeOver so that the name would mean something more than we just took over our own network that we have a time slot for and all. I am more excited for NXT than I am for Mania because of the quality of matches and the fact they have fewer injured performers. The only thing that would get me hype about Mania is if Roman wins the title then drops the Rock right on his ass with a right and then spears him so we can see the classic Rock twitching on the ground.

Oh nice, I never heard that Zack Ryder version of doubting El Dandy and now a whole episode has opened with it.
I know that video of Bret making the Wrestlemania video game. The best part is the montage of him driving a forklift and doing some welding.
I’d move Styles out of of the Jericho match and put him and Owens in an IC title ladder match. They would have the match of the show, no doubt. I’d say Zayn, but I think they are already moving him to the midcard Ziggler role.
There is so much I’d change and fix that this would end up being the longest comment ever, so i’ll just stick with a dream scenario. Shinsuke Nakamura is a surprise 8th entrant in the IC title ladder match, and wins!! Then goes on to restore the IC title to it’s former glory and elevates it to something meaningful, just like he did in NJPW. Then goes on to feud with Owens and Y2J over the course of the summer. YEEEEAOOHHHH!!
QOTW: TL;DR: Replace Shane with Finn Balor and have Finn win.
Pull Shane out of the Undertaker match. Other than the fact that the story makes no sense, there are two ways that match ends 1) Undertaker losing to 46-year-old part timer who may not be around for much longer 2) Undertaker wins and the Authority rut continues. Instead have Shane get (Kayfabe) injured before the match and have to call in a replacement. Who better to kill a Deadman than a Demon? Have Finn Balor debut against the Undertaker at WresleMania and have him win. Play up the mysteriousness of him and how big of a threat he is. Yeah Shane won control, but he also unleashed this Demon and his friends (Balor Club). Begin Balor heel turn.
